Joanne is the founder of Inner Flourish. Her mission is to collaborate with her clients and help them achieve a higher level of well-being by enhancing their mindset, health, and lifestyle. She customises programs to meet their individual needs and assists them in manifesting their desires.
She experienced the benefits of adopting a more holistic lifestyle, which led her to study naturopathic nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. In addition to her work as a Mindset & Lifestyle Coach, she is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Intuitive Wellness Coach.
Her mission is to collaborate with her clients and help them achieve a higher level of well-being, enhancing people's mindsets, health, and lifestyles and tailoring programs to meet their needs and manifest the things they desire.

Joanne has delivered a variety of psychoeducational wellbeing courses for Birmingham Mind – some of which are anxiety management, food and mood and healthy living, and mindfulness.
She works in a person centred way and has a warm, open and patient approach ensuring that all that attend her courses receive a positive learning experience and are able to use the learning for the benefit of their mental health and wellbeing. Has designed and developed bespoke courses that were on point and relevant to our service users.
